Return Policy: Harmonizing Your Happenings
Because even maestros need a do-over sometimes
At Argendonax we want you to hit all the right notes with your purchase! But hey, even the most seasoned musicians miss a beat sometimes. That's why we've created a return policy that's as clear as a perfectly tuned oboe – mostly. We aim for a harmonious experience, even when things aren't quite in tune.

The 'Once It's Played, It Stays' Section (Mostly!)
Some items are like a one-hit wonder – great the first time, but not meant for endless replays (or returns!). For hygiene and quality control, these are generally non-returnable:
- Tube Cane & Processed Cane: Once it's in your hands, it's yours to shape (or not!) into a magnificent reed. We can't take back cane that's been exploring the world outside our pristine packaging.
- Reed Cleaners: For obvious hygienic reasons, once these have been unleashed, they belong to you and your instrument.
- Finished Reeds: While our finished reeds are generally non-returnable for change of mind, we absolutely guarantee them against structural deficiencies. If your reed has a genuine, manufacturing flaw straight out of the box (we're talking cracks, leaks, not just a preference for a different scrape!), let us know within fourteen (14) days of your invoice date for an exchange.
Return in Tune: The 'As Received' Rule
Think of it like returning a borrowed brand-new instrument – we expect it back in the same pristine condition you received it. Any returned merchandise must arrive back to us looking like it just left our shelf, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your original store receipt. If it looks like it's been through a mosh pit, we can't accept it.
- Knives: If it's been sharpened, scratched, or even thought about scraping a reed, it's staying with you. We can't re-sell a 'pre-loved' blade.
- Reeds (other than the guaranteed structural defects mentioned above): If you've clipped, scraped, re-adjusted, or performed any kind of "reed surgery" on them, we sadly can't take them back. We sell pristine reeds, not PROJECT reeds!
Wholesale Wonders: Final Notes on Bulk Orders
Wholesale purchases are generally considered final curtain calls. However, if a wholesale item arrives broken or damaged, please report it within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a replacement. We want your bulk buys to be beautiful!
The 14-Day Crescendo: General Returns
For most other items (the ones not mentioned in our "non-returnable" list!), you have fourteen (14) days from your invoice date to get them back to us for a refund. It's like a grace period for your purchasing decision!
The Grand Finale: Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping Solo: When returning or exchanging any item(s), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Think of it as your contribution to the shipping orchestra.
- Refund Rhythm: Once your return hits all the right notes with our thorough inspection (meaning it's accepted!), you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) – minus the actual shipping and handling cost of the original package. We can't refund shipping from the initial purchase, as that service has already been rendered.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our quality high and our returns process as smooth as a perfectly executed legato! Thanks for choosing Argendonax Woodwind Supplies – where every note matters, even the ones you re
