Bb Clarinet Reeds-REGULAR CUT-RC

Our REGULAR CUT (RC) reeds have a classic, French style filing. They are made on a 3.2mm-thick cane segment, later planed to 2.8 mm, which leaves the scraping in the most vibrant area of the reed and produces a remarkably projecting sound.
The raw material is stored to age for a minimum of 3 years before starting its manufacturing process. Its shallow shoulders have a closed half-moon shape, which helps maintain its tuning, despite being an extremely flexible and spontaneous reed.
